2. Safety, Licensing, and Conduct
- Venue Compliance: The Operator complies with all venue licensing. Any instructions from venue management must be followed. The Operator is not liable for performance changes necessitated by venue rules.
- Certifications: The Operator holds full Public Liability Insurance (PLI), is DBS checked, and maintains equipment under current PAT testing standards. Documentation is available upon request.
- Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to cease performance immediately, without refund, if the Operator, staff, or equipment are subjected to threats, verbal/physical abuse, or if the environment is deemed unsafe.

3. Music, Playlists, and Thematic Standards

- Sourcing Music: If a track falls outside our standard remit, we will notify the Client, who may be required to provide a digital copy.

4. Accessibility and Inclusion
- Inclusive Service: We are fully inclusive and committed to providing services without discrimination. We have extensive experience with disabled children and special needs functions.
- Notification of Requirements: To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, the Client must notify the Operator in writing of any specific accessibility requirements (e.g., lighting sensitivities, seizure risks, sensory considerations) at least seven (7) days prior to the event.
- Accommodations: Upon notification, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust lighting, sound, and setup. If not notified within this timeframe, we will attempt to make adjustments, but we cannot guarantee they will be possible or effective. We accept no liability if the environment cannot be adapted due to a lack of advance notice.
5. Parental and Guardian Responsibility
The Client assumes full and sole responsibility for the supervision of all minors (persons under the age of 18). Children must not touch or interfere with any equipment (lighting, speakers, or cabling). The Operator is not liable for injury to minors resulting from a lack of adequate parental or guardian supervision.
